SystemRescueCd - loaded with CD-ROM or USB Linux system to restore system and data after the "accident". It is designed to facilitate administrative tasks such as creating and editing hard disk partitions. Distribution contains a set of system utilities (parted, partimage, fstools and others) and basic tools (editors, midnight commander, network tools). No installation required. Can be used to restore Windows and Linux systems. The kernel supports many file systems (ext2/ext3/ext4, reiserfs, reiser4, btrfs, xfs, jfs, vfat, ntfs, iso9660), and network file systems (samba, nfs).
